EUROMEDICA is one of the largest healthcare service providers in Greece operating 7 hospitals, 44 diagnostic centres and 2 laboratories. Its facilities are located mainly in Northern Greece. The group has a capacity of 980 beds and is supported by >2,500 doctors and >1,900 employees.

HENRY DUNANT is one of the largest private general hospitals in Greece (in terms of number of licensed beds); located in Athens its premises occupy 55,000 m² of usable space, including 414 parking spots; 462 bed capacity, 928 staff and 450 co-operating external doctors.

ETVA is the largest player in the industrial RE sector in Greece. Managing & developing industrial parks; its network covers ~70% of industrial areas in Greece through 27 parks of 35 million m2 usable area; also, owner of 60% of TLC, a company developing the largest logistics centre in SEE (~235k m2 usable area near Athens).

VARNA GROUP is the owner of Varna Towers, a mix use real estate complex with office and retail units in the city of Varna. The property comprises two 70-metre towers of 81,506 m2 total built-up area (47,604 m2 GLA)

LAVRIO GROUP owns two plots of land in the city of Lavrio (50 km south of Athens):

– A plot of approximately 97,000 m²

– An industrial plot of approximately 8,000 m²
Both are well-located, in close proximity to the city’s port.

ACHAIA CLAUSS owns one of the facilities located on a total area of Patras, including and ~100k m2 m2 forest land. The wine-making currently not operating and the buildings cover 66k m2.

EBZ GROUP owns industrial real estate assets in Larissa, Platy, and Orestiada, associated with the production facilities of EBZ, Greece’s former sugar producer. The facilities span 1.7 million m²:

– Larissa: 0.4 million m²

– Platy: 0.6 million m²

– Orestiada: 0.7 million m²

ASCL owns industrial real estate assets in Patras and Athens. Its main asset is a non-operational industrial building of 34k m2 area that used to be the production facilities of Italian tyre manufacturer PIRELLI in Greece.

ATTICA is a leader in the provision of ferry services for passengers and cargo in the Mediterranean Sea connects 72 ports in Greece and Italy: well-maintained current fleet of 43 vessels: 7.4m passengers, 1.3m private vehicles & 0.5m freight units in 2023; owner of three hotels in Greek Islands.

CRVENKA is the owner of two sugar production facilities in Serbia:

(a) Crvenka plant with ~90 ktpa sugar production; and

(b) Sjkaska with ~55 ktpa production (currently, not operating). One of only two local playersi n Serbia with ~30% market share.
