Strix Holdings LP has successfully sold its stake in the NJV Athens Plaza Hotel . The hotel, established in 1980, is a 5-star hotel located centrally in Athens at the area of Syntagma Square The hotel is a 10-floor building with over 9,000 sqm gross space. It comprises 162 guest rooms, 18 luxury suites and 1 presidential suite. The hotel also owns six independent retail stores with direct access to the commercial streets of Stadiou and Voukourestiou.
